Do you have a need for Accommodation?

Love 2 Care can offer you to live a comfortable and independent life of your own choosing. Based on your needs, we will not only provide you with suitable accommodation and related support, but will also ensure that you are cared for Just Like Home

We pride ourselves on caring for our residents as though they are members of our own family. With this in mind our residential care homes are designed with all the usual comforts you would expect from home.

Our dedicated carers are there to offer support, provide personal care, as well as companionship. You will find our carers as members of your extended family and it’s that close bond that you will share which makes our homes truly special.

Our homes are designed to help you gain independence in everyday living whilst having the security of assistance at any required time.

Our living arrangements cover all personal requirements allowing for a safe place where everyone can feel comfortable and at home. The level of support will be catered to your needs and assistance will be provided according to your plan to help you live independently.

We believe in creating a family atmosphere, encouraging everyone to eat, celebrate and plan special occasions together. Residents are invited to decorate their rooms with their own furniture and treasured belongings so that it feels Just Like Home.

Whether it’s an over the weekend stay or a couple of weeks of getaway, Respite Care can provide the necessary break that everyone needs to re-charge their batteries. This gives your carer / family the time when they need it, to help them take care of other personal affairs whilst knowing that you are in safe hands and having a great time in a relaxed and comfortable environment. Our homes have everything you need from fresh food supplies to fully furnished rooms to recreate that home like comfort and of course a little companionship whilst retaining your independence.

Besides meeting  people with similar interests, you get to take part in fun activities, make new friends, learn and develop new personal and social skills and have an enjoyable, unique and a different experience on being away from your home.

We undertake home modifications to assist in making everyday living easier for you. This encompasses minor and major changes to your home to increase the functionality, safety, and usability of your living spaces. These changes include but not limited to:

Minor – Installation of grab rails, ramps, hand held showers, replacing shower screens with shower curtains, accessible taps, door handles and anything else that gives you the choice and confidence of managing your daily life within the house on your own.

Major – Structural changes involving the widening of door ways / corridors, provisioning for ceiling hoists, and re-modelling of your laundry, bathroom or kitchen to improve accessibility.

You will be assisted by an Allied Health assessor and your Support Coordinator to decide which home modifications are necessary to help you achieve your goals and live independently. The NDIS will fund your home modifications if you intend to live in your home for a long time.

If you or your family have funds to invest in property, we can design and build a custom built home (SDA Property) in a location of your choice.

Not only call it as your new home, but as of SDA funding provisions from NDIS, also generate income from it.

To finance the project, you can either team up with people like yourself who can contribute and have a similar need OR go alone and seek tenants who have SDA payments included in their NDIS plan.Alternatively you can borrow funds and cover the mortgage through SDA payments as approved in your and other sharing resident’s NDIS  plans.
